Who we are

AutoStudio (“we”, “the service”) is a video automation tool operated from the United Kingdom and reachable at studio.weeb.ltd. This policy explains what we collect, why, and your rights over it.

What we collect

  • Account data: your name, email address, and a hashed password (Argon2id — we never store the password itself). If you sign in with Google, we store your Google account identifier and email.
  • Your API keys: keys you add for third-party providers (Anthropic, ElevenLabs, Pexels, fal.ai and similar) are encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM and only decrypted on our server at the moment of an API call. They are never shown back to you in full and never sent to your browser.
  • YouTube authorisation:if you connect a channel, we store an encrypted OAuth refresh token so we can upload videos you approve and read your channel’s public statistics.
  • Content you create: topics, scripts, audio, video and thumbnails the pipeline generates, plus operational logs of each run.

Google user data & YouTube API

AutoStudio uses the YouTube API Services. By connecting your channel you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service, and your data is handled per the Google Privacy Policy.

Limited Use:AutoStudio’s use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We use your YouTube authorisation solely to (a) upload videos you explicitly approve and (b) read your own channel’s view statistics to show you performance. We do not sell this data, use it for advertising, or allow humans to read it except where you ask us to for support or where required by law.

You can revoke AutoStudio’s access at any time from your Google account permissions.

How we use your data

Only to operate the service: authenticate you, run the video pipeline with the providers you configured, publish to channels you connected, and show you results. We do not sell your data or use it to train any model of our own.

Third-party providers

When you run the pipeline, your content is sent to the providers whose keys you supplied (e.g. Anthropic for scripts, fal.ai or ElevenLabs for voice, Pexels for footage). Their handling of that data is governed by their own policies.

Retention & deletion

We keep your data while your account is active. You can delete your account at any time, which purges your workspace, stored keys, tokens and generated media. Contact us to exercise this if a self-serve button is not yet available to you.
