Terms of Service

The service

AutoStudio automates a video production pipeline using API keys and accounts you provide. You are responsible for those accounts, their costs, and the content you publish with them.

Your responsibilities

• You must own or have the right to use any channels, keys and source material you connect.
• You are responsible for complying with the terms of every provider you bring (Anthropic, ElevenLabs, Pexels, fal.ai, YouTube, etc.) and with YouTube’s policies on authentic content and AI disclosure.
• You must not use AutoStudio to produce spam, misleading, infringing, or unlawful content.
• Creating multiple free-tier provider accounts to evade limits is prohibited.

AI-generated content

AutoStudio produces AI-assisted media. The AI-disclosure setting defaults on, and we encourage leaving it on so viewers and platforms are informed. You are the author and publisher of everything you approve.

Availability & liability

The service is provided “as is” while in beta. We make no guarantee of uptime, and we are not liable for provider costs, failed renders, lost content, or actions taken by platforms on your published videos. Your use is at your own risk.

Termination

You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service or violate these terms.
